DUBROVAČKI TRUBADURI were an popular pop/beat group from Dubrovnik, Croatia (ex-Yugoslavia). This is their second EP from 1967.

DUBROVAČKI TRUBADURI was a Croatian beat, folk and pop band from Dubrovnik formed in 1961 by Đelo Jusić, main composer, guitar and mandolin player and leader of the group. They were very popular in former Yugoslavia during the 60s and 70s for their mixture of pop music and medieval folk traditions of their native ancient city on the Adriatic coast. Internationally also known as Dubrovnic Troubadours or The Troubadours Of Dubrovnik, they enjoyed brief popularity across Western Europe having appeared at the 1968 Eurovision Song Contest in London. Their song "Jedan dan" was performed by their singers Luciano Kapurso and Hamo Hajdarhodžić and it scored 7th position. GRUPA TOP was founded in 1980 in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Mladen Vojčić-Tifa was a main vocal in the band. They recorded a few demo songs in 1981 and they broke up in 1983.

DEJAN CUKIĆ & SPORI RITAM BAND - Zajedno (1989)

 









































As a teenager DEJAN CUKIĆ was a singer of band Dizel. After leaving Dizel, he joined Tilt, and later Bulevar. Cukić released two albums with Bulevar: "Loš i mlad" and "Mala noćna panika". After Bulevar disbaned in 1982, Cukić started working as a journalist. In 1984 he became a member of Bajaga i Instruktori. He recorded three albums with Bajaga i Instruktori: "Pozitivna geografija", "Sa druge strane jastuka" and "Jahači magle". In the spring of 1987 he released his first solo album "Spori ritam". Album featured a cover of Azra's song "A šta da radim". The same summer Cukić went on Bajaga i Instruktori Soviet Union tour, which was his last tour with the band. In 1988 he formed Spori Ritam Bend. The first lineup of the band featured Dragan Mitrić (keyboard), Vlada Negovanović (guitar), Safet Petrovac (guitar), Slobodan Jurišić (drums), and Branko Isaković (bass guitar). In 1989 Isaković became a member of Kerber, and Bata Božanić replaced him. This lineup recorded album "Zajedno". The title track was a cover of The Beatles' song "Come Together". At the time Petrovac left the band and Božanić was replaced by Nenad Novaković. In 1991 both Isaković and Petrovac returned to the band. Album "1991" was soon released. It featured a cover of Bulevar's song "Nestašni dečaci". As Yugoslav wars started, Cukić made a three-year break. (from wikipedia)

THE WHEELS OF FIRE were founded by former members of various Zagreb groups Rajmond Ruić (Delfini, Roboti, The Five Up - bass), Viktor Hromin (Roboti, The Five Up - drums) and Vedran Božić (Kondori, Roboti, Zlatni akordi - guitar, vocal) in 1969. This is their cover of Hendrix song "The Wind Cries Mary" recorded live in 1969.

VIDEOSEX was a prominent synthy-pop group based in former Yugoslavia (Slovenia). The group was led by the singer Anja Rupel. They recorded four albums. Their debut album, Videosex 84 appeared in 1983 and they played with bands such as Ekatarina Velika and Otroci socializma in Beograd. The group broke up in 1992. (from wikipedia)
