TRULA KOALICIJA is Serbian post punk rock band was formed in 1986, in Kragujevac by members of band KBO! Saša Vujić Vuja (guitar) and his brother Boban Vujić (drums) with help of Predrag Drčelić Skaki from Gornji Milanovac (vocals, lyrics). By 1988. they recorded series of demos and selection of them is released on cassette release "Trula Koalicija", followed by cassette releases "Sećanja" and "Ne izlazi iz stroja". Dragan Cvetanović Ceja (guitar, bass) joined the band in 1990. Two years later they recorded "Plakao sam kad je pala Sekuritatea". In parallel with activities with the band, members also work in some other Serbian bands (Vuja: Zvoncekova Bilježnica; Ceja: Slovenska Nekropola). Most of Trula Koalicija releases are self-released.
